Before you contact support, please make sure you are running the latest version (hard-reload the Web Vault page, clear cache, etc).
For example, to clear the cache for Keeper in Chrome:
- Open the Web Vault
- Click on "View" > "Developer" > "Developer Tools"
- Click on the "Application" tab > "Clear Storage" > then click on “clear site data”
