If you are experiencing any issues logging into the Vault, simply clear the cache in your browser.

For example, to clear the Keeper cache for Chrome:
- Open the Web Vault
- Click on "View" > "Developer" > "Developer Tools"
- Click on the "Application" tab > "Clear Storage" > then click on “clear site data”
